If you’ve been in our shop, then you know we have an extensive cheese selection. Please don’t feel overwhelmed! Enjoy the aromas, let us know how you’ll be using the cheese: cooking, snacking, and/or entertaining. We’ll share our knowledge, excitement, and most importantly we always encourage our guests to taste. Tasting makes all the difference in selecting the right cheeses for the right occasion.
